Money Killed Jonny

Folk rock, blues, soul, roots, Americana - original eclectic

Vintage craft and classic style, the essence of true hand made music after all the flashy effects have worn off.

Money Killed Jonny questions money and status and the social intent of holding these as our most important values.

“You know you’re never gonna sell that” an industry expert influencer commented with a self satisfied wry smile.

“Probably not” I replied. So I’m not. No hype, no clever marketing angle, no formula, just whatever falls out and makes us feel.

Could be fun could be wild, could be dark and moody, who knows? Pick what you like and take it with you.

This curse is so sweet it makes the heart admit defeat..” Love the moody, cinematic sheen that vibes off your music guys and really diggin the swampy, post-midnight husk of “Weak Minded Heart” ... that’s such a killer tune and fantastic vocal!
